Youth Strength and Conditioning Group Training

- Educate athletes on correct resistance training technique and form

Teach basic movement patterns and build a foundation for strength

Focus on athletic coordination, balance, relative muscle strength and flexibility

Maximum of 5 athletes

  • $20 single session
  • $200/month, 3 times a week ($16.67 per session)

 

Junior High Strength and Conditioning Group Training
-1 Hour 15 minutes (Ages 12-14)

- Educate athletes on correct resistance training technique and form

Increase strength/power, flexibility, balance, energy systems and core strength

Continue working on movement patterns

  • $25 single session
  • $250/month, 3 times a week ($20.83 per session)

 

High School Strength and Conditioning Group Training
-1 Hour 30 Minutes (Ages 15-18)

- Educate and make certain athletes are using correct resistance training technique and form

Focus on increasing power/strength with moderate to heavy loads to maximize power output

Athleticism and technique is fine-tuned, final pieces to building the total athlete are provided
- Training now resembles sport-specific demands and skills

Adult Group Strength Training
-1 Hour (Ages 19 and Up)

- Moderate to high intensity strength training and conditioning
- Focus on gaining lean muscle, decreasing fat, increasing flexibility, balance and energy systems
- Maximum of 6 athletes

  • $20 single session
  • $200/month, 3 times a week ($16.67 per session)

 

Prehabilitation Group Classes
-30 Minutes (Youth-Adult)
*Classes broken down by age*

- Prehabilitation exercise training is becoming well-known with trainers and coaches involved in sports performance preparation. Prehabilitation involves strength and conditioning exercises for specific muscles that help to reduce injury risks, before an injury actually occurs. Prehabilitation is sport-specific and targets common injuries and strength imbalances that occur in the particular sport.       Examples: rotator cuff, knee, ankle, wrist, low back, abdominals etc.
- Most beneficial when used as an in-season maintenance program
- Maximum of 5 athletes

  • $15 single session
  • $100/month, 2 times a week ($12.50 per session)

 

One on One Personal Training

1 Hour (Youth-Adult)

- Concentrate on your own specific needs as an athlete in a 1-on-1 setting
- Assess what changes need to be made and I will help you achieve your goals

  • $60 single session
  • $600/month, 3 times a week ($50 per session)
